On hold for over an hour. Called before 6pm and they shut at 7pm. I'm trying to help my very distressed sister and this happens? Absolutely shocking. I'm a feminist historian and Brook was the go-to back in the 1970s for young girls to get easy advice and help. I had my own poor experiences with them as a teenager and disappointed to see that nothing has changed. Do better- this is pure laziness and young people are suffering for it. Answer your phones!

Totally messed up my implant now got an infection!! And red and yellow blisters !
