Waited an hour for a prescription in the shop and when I asked if it had already been called I got a sassy response. Seems to be incredibly disorganised.

The member of staff that I had the misfortune to be served by,was very unhelpful and displayed a manner which I can only describe as being miserable with air of contempt...when I made a request for my prescription, which I had been waiting for sometime I was informed that someone had already called my name.
Unfortunately, due to been treated like a school child and been told to wait and the other end of the shop, I didn't hear my name been called, due to everyone else chatting whilst waiting for their prescriptions!!!
l appreciate that there has to be an area of confidentiality, however there needs to be a more effective way of communicating with the waiting customer.
When I dared!!! To ask about my prescription I received a very curt response although the member was aware that I had been waiting for some time.!!! I understand that there was a shortage of staff on that day plus the shop was undergoing alternations however.....
Good manners cost nothing staff require training in maintaining good customer relations.
Bottom line is that management need to look at staffing levels ,work on the shop may have been better to have been executed at night time or dare I say on a Sunday.
I left feeling shaken and upset by the experience.
I would not recommend this Pharmacy.

I went into the pharmacy to purchase some items and ask for some advice and it was a complete waste of time The staff Iin there walk around in their little blue tops thinking they are little gods and are in face the rudest unhelpful bunch imaginable. I came away with no goods and no advice because they couldn’t be bothered to serve me. I will never go in again and nobody else should bother either

Heard alot of positives recently on how good the pharmacy had got so this recent visit was a let down.
Nobody was serving but they could see us waiting while they stood doing prescriptions so we thought they were busy and waited.
We could hear other voices around the corner ( out back) but again presumed they were busy so waited.
The Queue was now getting quite big and i found myself having to explain i hadnt been served yet as people were asking where the staff were. Eventually they came from the back clutching multiple cups of tea for all the staff. Now I don't begrudge them a cup of tea but how many people does it take to make a cuppa?. Surely someone should of stayed serving?

Normally ok for service but due to flu and covid vaccines the staff, bless, were rushed off their feet, but they still managed to smile, joke and keep everyone happy. Well done Bromyard Pharmacy.

Despite cosmetic overhaul , core issues of adequate ( safe) staffing result in long delays …..,
