Excellent service! Had my Covid vaccination here, staff are polite, friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer at the Roman Road Britannia Pharmacy for about 5 years and my experience here has been good without exception. The counter is well staffed so waiting time is kept to a minumum. I have always found pharmacy staff here to be efficient, polite and friendly. On a few occasions I have observed them dealing with some very difficult customers with patience, professionalism and kindness. Britannia text me promptly when my prescription is ready, which I appreciate. I can confidently recommend this branch!

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR! Last Friday I went to the pharmacy to collect my medicine, made the payment, and saw that it was approved on the card machine. So I left the pharmacy and after 2 min I received a call informing me that the payment hadn't gone through, so I returned and explained that it had been approved. They told me they couldn't see the transaction on their computer and suggested me to check my account. While i was trying to login to my account they took my medicine, which was very unprofessional. I went home and found that £19 had indeed been deducted from my account. The next day I returned to the pharmacy and showed them the transaction and they still refused to provide my medicine because the payment was pending until I threatened legal action. They said that they don't collect payments on weekends and have a policy of not dispensing medicine until transactions are completed. Then why are you open on weekends?I did my part I paid for my medicine why would you still not gibe me my medicine? You guys overcharge the medicines still dont know what a pending transaction means! Ps: the medicine I bought costed me 19.99 pounds from brittania pharmacy which is available for 15 pounds in other stores. I am not coming back to this pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. They are well organized and staff are well trained and very friendly. They never keep us waiting and always fast with their service. The pharmacist is also very friendly and always offers us a flu jab when the cold season is near.

My often awkward enquiries have always bean dealt with with patience and honesty; if the staff couldn't help me in situ they have informed me where to find the solution. However, the customer must also supply an ingredient: patience. And thank you for my flu jab on Thursday.

Called asking whether my prescription arrived, the person on the phone was very blunt and spoke rudely. She didn't even offer to check tracker to see where my prescription went even though I told her that I don't collect medication regularly. Referred me back to the surgery, but would have been much easier to check online for me as she has all my details in front of her. I have worked in a pharmacy myself, even when it is busy, there's no need talking to patients like that, she didn't even answer the phone in a welcoming manner.

Really helpful staff that are very knowledgeable. Always polite and the best experiences I’ve had with a pharmacy in London.

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable staff with a highly professional senior chemist who've always politely answered my questions and offered sound advice. A couple of times I've witnessed how ungrateful and rude customers can be and the forbearance demonstrated by the counter staff was admirable. If the other branches are as efficient as Roman Road the whole organisation can be justly proud. Thanks Britannia!
