Emily was warm, friendly and very reassuring and most importantly sorted my blocked ears out quickly and painlessly. I feel amazing, no more ringing in my ears. I had been totally deaf in my left ear for around ten days. A blockage of very hard wax had formed over time in my ear and was now very uncomfortable. I attended Bristol ear health clinic in Winterbourne where Emily made short work of removing the blockage. It was a totally painless procedure. Very friendly, very informative and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend Bristol ear health. 10/10 🙂

Having had an ear wax removal several times before, I was not that impressed by the last provider I used so searched for somewhere better. I can say that I was delighted by the kind, caring and highly professional help that Emily gave me this week. She clearly is very qualified ( my last one was not!) and was careful to explain every part of the procedure. She was perfect..no pain or discomfort and I can tell it was correctly done. My hearing is still good but the wax had built up and removing it has transformed me! Far far better than my previous experiences, I would completely recommend this Clinic and Emily who will be my only choice when I need her help again. Unhesitatingly recommended!

I can hear again! Just had my ears suctioned by Emily at the Winterbourne clinic. It was totally painless and Emily talked me through exactly what she was doing. I can now hear properly out of both ears again. 100% recommend if you're ears are feeling blocked.
