Disgusting treatment from the doctor i saw today . Waited over 3 hours to be seen , only to be seen for five mins . when walking in the doctor asked me what was wrong but then proceeded to speak over me clearly not interested in what i had to say , took a five second look at my throat and said he would prescribe me throat spray after having tonsillitis and pain for over three weeks . when i challenged this and asked why i couldn’t be given anti biotics he rolled his eyes at me and said it’s a viral infection . i said it wasn’t as i had been seen by a doctor previously who had prescribed me medication for a bacterial infection 2 weeks prior , he condescendingly asked me “ if you know so much what the difference between the two “ and made me list them . after doing this he wrote a prescription for five days of anti biotics muttering “ fine since you know more than me take these “ and shoved the piece of paper at me .i left in tears and will never be returning again.

I had to use this service on a Sunday morning after having extreme abdominal pain for over 24 hours. The receptionist and doctor were so friendly, and kind. I saw the doctor within an hour. He sent me to A and E with suspected acute appendicitis. Spot on diagnosis, admitted same day, for emergency appendectomy. Cannot praise them enough thank you so much!!!

Disappointing service. I waited 2 h for an emergency prescription for insulin for type 1 diabetes and when I received it was prescribed a medication that wasn't available in the area. In the fourth chemist I tried I was told I should not have been prescribed that medicine and the only thing I could do was go back to change the prescription. When I went back I was told I had to wait again. The nurse I spoke to, Narissa Mohammed, who refused to change the prescription without me waiting again, lacked empathy and understanding, including of the medical condition and how it's treated.

Receptionists are friendly but I’ve had 2 bad experiences at this clinic now. Firstly after not hearing back for a number of weeks, I received a text to say they lost all my swab results and I would need to come back to re-do this.. Secondly I had to attend the emergency walk in over the weekend for lower abdomen pain. I was not properly assessed by the female GP and felt her care was inadequate. I ended up arranging an urgent appointment with my GP on the Monday who listed all the things I required and was shocked to hear none of this had been carried out at the walk in clinic given my symptoms.

I have used this clinic twice now with. My baby. Both times she was examined thoroughly and I felt we were seen quickly. Both times I sought help was course the baby had temperature.

The GP I saw a few months ago did not listen to me and displayed classic examples of clinical gaslighting. He also failed to pick up a very obvious chest infection! He also, having said there was no infection, proceeded to prescribe antibiotics! When I questioned him about at least finding if this was viral or bacterial I was completely ignored.

I have since become more ill until I had to be hospitalised and a competent consultant diagnosed a "Very obvious" chest infection.

To the doctor at the walk in centre: Your lack of listening and your inability to diagnose a simple chest infection have caused me to become very ill and suffer much stress as a result.

I respectfully ask that someone from this surgery contact me to discuss this most serious matter.

I went this morning at 09:30 - was seen within 5 minutes by a friendly male doctor who prescribed antibiotics for my outer ear infection. Couldn't believe the speed and efficiency!

Took my son today and was really pleased I did. The doctor was lovely and very good with my son who was nervous. We got a prescription and diagnosis and some advise.
