if I could give zero stars I would! absolutely shocking service from the receptionists, they don't appear to have an ounce of compassion or ability to do their job. these people are dangerous and a liability. they put patient care at significant risk by not listening to the patient needs thinking they know best, for instance saying you dont need a new prescription and booking in a medication review in 3 weeks time when medication ran out 3 days previous potentially leaving patients without medication for over 3 weeks when the prescription should have been filled 3 days ago. absolutely appalling

The absolute worst Drs I have ever had in 43 years of living in the country, you can not get an appointment, when you do they don’t care, recent hits have been very poorly dealing with a life threatening condition by telling the person to “just walk it off”, refusing to give assistance with a medical insurance claim which will cost £800. If you have any other option then signing with this group of surgeries I would advise it.

The reviews are spot on. It's like they set themselves up to be awful. Never get through on phones. Was turned away from the surgery as not able to get an appointment with my doctor as fully booked for two weeks, asked to come back the next day as they have to try twice in not being able to get a patient an appointment before they can try getting an appointment with another doctor, receptionist looked embarrassed. Family member had significant problems with them and an untreated illness landed them in hospital for 3 weeks. The worst surgery I've ever been to, no idea how it is allowed to keep going.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst doctor's surgery I have ever come across in my life. Impossible to get through on the phone (I waited 1 hour three times as they kept disconnecting my call). Would not recommend the doctors either, have had much better at every other practice I've been to. Also they consistently make mistakes with prescriptions which are sent to the pharmacy or don't send the prescription at all with no notification to the patient. My experience at this surgery over the past 3 years has been so bad I have now gone private. If you are in catchment for another surgery definitely go there instead.

I really like and recommend this GP practice. The nurses and doctor I've seen have been lovely and very efficient. At times they've been too busy for me to see a GP or Nurse and it's taken weeks but on other occasions I've been seen in a few days. The Reception staff are good too it seems, in particular there was a lovely girl on in the Marksbury Rd branch - she was remarkably kind and compassionate to everyone (I noticed while I was waiting). I'm very happy here and that's rare it seems (or perhaps people's expectations are too high yet we are so fortunate to have free healthcare in this country!)

Absolutely awful experience. I’ve been with this surgery for 17 years and hate it so much. I wish I could change to another one. I just tried for five weeks to get through to them. when I finally managed to get an econsult sorted, they promised to get back to me within 24 hours.but actually took nearly three days. They text me telling me when my appointment was and there was no option to change it or cancel it so I had to get the morning off work at a couple of days notice. I’ve never had a good experience booking an appointment with bridge view medical group. The receptionists are so rude and ask the most intrusive questions and judge your worthiness of having an appointment.

Had a letter earlier in the year to make an appointment for cervical screening. Did that two days ago on klinik only to get a text back telling me I no longer need the screening but I must get in touch if I feel I do. This feels like some kind of automated response to keep the number of appointments down for some reason! Why reach out to me in the first place and then tell me I don’t need it after all. How on earth do THEY know?! Ridiculous (non) service

Reading many reviews written by other patients I can definitely relate. Booking an appointment takes you approximately 1.5 hours to the waiting list. If you manage to book an appointment, well, after at least 3 weeks waiting list, then only maybe, you will be received by unhelpful doctor, who will rush you and literally end the consultation with you in 5 minutes. Guess what, not ever have I resolved any of my outstanding issues here. Suggestion, find yourself a private doctor, the NHS healthcare system is broken.
