Have been coming here since January and absolutely love it. What a fantastic place with amazing facilities, everything is so clean and tidy and it’s the little things in there that go the extra mile (such as the essential oils, diffuser and music). It’s such an amazing way to improve your mental health. Addicted to ice baths and this place now!!

A unique setting that has helped all the Athletes I train with their recovery and any injuries they may have. Breathe is always spotless and very clean and the staff are always willing to help me out. I highly recommend this if you are a competing athlete or just want the whole experience of investing in your health.

Amazing place with friendly staff. Brilliant experience from start to finish.lots to choose from. The ice bath. Sauna. Red light therapy. Cryotherapy and zen area. Perfect for recovery and chilling out with friends. Iv been a few times now and leave feeling great. Can’t wait to visit again

Honestly I’m so glad I was recommended to go to Breathe, it was my first time going in an ice bath and I loved it! The facilities are amazing. Josh is very welcoming. I will be returning and recommending to others ☺️
