Heartfelt thanks to Mimi and her team of carers for the loving care they gave to my Dad whilst he lived at the care home and for the welcome we as a family always received on visiting, we will miss you all.We can’t thank you enough.

My sister and I moved my Mum from another home to Breach House, they were so welcoming and settled Mum in and looked after her until the end. When we visited Mum the first thing we were always was would we like a drink and kept us informed on every part of our Mums health. I would recommend this home 100% percent

My Father went into Breach House for restbite in March 2018 for a 2 week break. During this time we became aware of the care he actually needed, we made a very difficult decision that he should stay in permanent care.The Management and staff gave such great care, consideration,respect and dignity and have helped with this transition for my Dad and also Mom who visits Dad most days and is also looked after while she is there. Thank you all for your continued hard work, as a family we really appreciate the work you do!.

The Management of Breach House, Golden Age Care, has proved to be not just inadequate but also incompetent. When my wife was admitted to Breach House, I paid £7000 in fees for 2 months. This amount was also paid by Worcestershire County. I should therefore have been repaid the fees I had paid. Despite many requests, the Management of Breach House refused to answer e mails, letters, Solicitors’ letters and finally Small Claims Court proceedings. Eventually Bailiffs went to Breach House and threatened Golden Age Care that valuables would be removed. Mr Tesler refused initially to cooperate but then settled the debt. In my opinion, and this has been communicated to CQC, Golden Age Care is unsuitable to operate any Care Home because of financial incompetence and refusal to communicate with lawful proceedings.

my husband was at Breach House for 18 months, towarda the end of his life we were unable to see him due to Covid, during that time he was transferred to a much smaller room, I was eventually allowed to see him two days before he died, he was in a filthy state and his eyes were stuck together with gunk, and we were told that he wouldn't open his eyes again, I bathed them and he opened them, he was clearly in a lot of pain and on the two days I had to insist that a district nurse came in to give him pain relief, I tried to clean him up aided by my daughter, only to be told that it was not our place to care for him. I have not not been able to recover from my grief due to my shock at how I found him in hhis final hours.

When you and your family have to make the decision about your loved one and full time care, you wish with all your heart that they will be looked after with the love, care, respect and dignity that they deserve.
