The waiting time is so long. After 2, 3 hours they pick up the call when someone is literally ill and in need of a doctor appointment. When all the appointment booked in the morning they say call in the morning. Its a whole never ending loop. Such a horrible service of the patients. Horrible reception and staff there. Never listen.

Have called the GP over 200 times today and not when finally after half an hour the call went through someone cut the call after picking it up. There is care for their patients, the receptionist are extremely entitled and rude, and the doctors do also not check anything properly and barely listen your problems.

I call today more than 300 times for my 4 years son. They answered after 45 mins and said no appointment. This is a joke. Very poor service. She asked me to call 111. If we have to call 111 for every issue then what is the point of SURGERY. Now i have to call again tomorrow and wait for an hour. Very disappointed with the service this surgery offer.

Receptionists are awful. Customer service is terrible. Not polite, they keep you waiting , I approached one saying are you free to serve me. She I am busy and I am in the middle of something. She could have said to me I am just in the middle of something my other ollegue will serve you when she is free.
The only positive about this surgery, is the nurse called Fatima!! She is absolutely amazing and I don't want her to retire. I want her to work here forever and ever. She is sooooo caring and informative and always has time for her patients. She doesn't rush you and presume what could be wrong. I give her 10/10 for her patient care and friendliness. She is always hard to get an appointment with as she is brilliant.

The Worst centre I’ve attended in the 16 years since I’ve been in the UK. Given the negative experience I had, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The consultant who saw me on 23/04/23 when I attended the appointment at this centre. In the first instance, the consultant did not introduce himself, did not pay attention and failed to correctly diagnose my health condition. Additionally, he prescribed the wrong treatment which caused unbearable pain and burning and took me to the emergency hospital in Leicester in a very critical condition. The medical negligence I experienced at ( Belgrave Health Center ) Brandon Surgery on 23/04/23 under the ENT Consultant in their department. Throughout these experiences, since my first visit to this centre, I have struggled extremely with my left ear. Afterwards, when I was discharged from the hospital, I came to know that as a medical professional consultant, he should have KNOWN when he checked my left ear on 23/04/23 that I had a traumatic tympanic membrane perforation in my left ear, therefore, he shouldn’t had put my life in danger by prescribing wrong prescription with inaccurate information and medication. Instead, before prescribing any medication to any patient, if he was not sure as (a professional consultant) he should have read the package leaflet of the medication, or searched on a reliable website within the Institute of Medicine, whether or not it is safe to prescribe or use (Otomize ear spray) when a patient has a traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Additionally, if he doesn't have enough experience and training within the ENT organization, he should have then referred me to an ENT specialist who has empathy and care for their patients. As in the United Kingdom we have many ENT specialists who is well performed.
I endured constant whooshing sound (tinnitus) in my left ear 24/7 which dramatically affected my quality of life. It's been almost two years and I'm still dealing with the serious consequences because of his inadequate carelessness. Despite I have voiced my concern several times, no action has been taken to properly investigate my case. The consultant who did not initial his name on the prescription should be fully amended for his inadequate care.
Warning, if anyone has an appointment at this centre, whether you have an appointment for yourself, family members, or children, I warmly recommend everyone to make sure you ask for the doctor's name, each doctor is responsible for their presentation. Therefore, do not leave the centre before checking the prescription if it contains accurate information and medication, any small mistake can lead to the loss of your own life. Therefore, to overcome them, I have to stay positive and engage in more activities. God bless this world with good thoughts.

Ridiculous service. Never have appointments. Tell us to ring at 8am and then at 1pm to book appointments. But when you ring they say they are full no appointments. NHS is the worst. Better go private. I had been seen by a doctor which sent a letter to the GP to book me in for a CT scan. After a week of delaying, saying we'll book it, or the doctor is not in, they finally say that now the doctor needs to see me before booking a scan, however the doctor cannot see me because there is no appointments available, how does that work? No organisation whatsoever, no system in place THIS GP SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
Doctor should tell the receptionist that the person needs and appointment, ring them and get it booked in, instead they wait for us to ring in everyday till we get and appointment when they are available.

I've had enough. I've tried and tried to get through to the surgery for a fit note and to discuss medication. I've tried every day for 2 weeks. Line busy, line busy, line busy!
By far the most unorganised admin and surgery.
When I rung later in the day, I get told to come into surgery to book the appointment. I can't. Unhelpful staff, rude, no consideration of condition...
I'm swapping surgery I think. I'd recommend everyone else does the same.
I call and call repeatedly. No luck. When they answer, they'll say no appointments available.
Update: 30th October.
Rung 99 times today, still line busy, line busy. Then I got through at 8.20am, after ringing from 8am. Operate isn't professional.
She just answered with hi, as if to act confused. Completely awkward.
I asked to sort a fit note and for a meds review. She said there's no appointments.
I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a fit note and medication review (as my meds are becoming ineffective). I've had the same issue everyday.
Guys leave this surgery. There's better ones local. Some of the doctors are good, however the surgery is unorganised, rude staff (what happens to compassionate care. As a paramedic student, the admin and some doctors at CPS are not following the values of respect, dignity, compassion'...
I give up. I'm changing GP surgery. I am upset as had my benefit.stopped temporarily due to this joke of a practise.
I've had to ring 111 now to sort stuff.
I get the nhs is struggling, but this isn't an overall nhs problem, though it can be hard to get an appointment else where, this surgery has the issue due to poor admin.
It's the surgery's problem. Poor staff, poor phone lines, rude customer service (where do they hire there staff lol), website is hard to work.
So I advise people against this surgery, I really do.
I've lost the plotttt. Never, should it take this long to get a fit note, and medication review.
