Dr's and staff behind the desk brilliant. Now the bad bit. No true disabled space in the car park. They have stuck a sign in front of the space and says its a disabled space. There is a curb and no space to get a buggy, rollator or wheelchair out. Getting in the surgery is difficult on mobility aids. It is not flat access. A wheelchair would struggle to get over the threshold. Now I'm sure they know all this but it hasn't been fixed. Maybe they need funding, I don't know so just have to manage best we can.

Sadly not as efficient as alconbury, receptions have little patience and compassion, some of the newer doctors fail on giving meds and forms, even though they promise, apart from the main 3 doctors Outram, Bhimpuria and Rae I find this surgery less helpful and efficient

The surgery albeit a good surgery is in my opinion in decline due to a couple of reception staff that really have no empathy for their patients. I understand that reception staff aren't medically qualified to help with my needs but empathy is a must and there needs to be training in this area URGENTLY. I won't go into details but I've been attacked verbally and aggressively by 2 members of staff today whilst trying hard to get my medication for a serious condition I have. If the staff knew how I felt and knew my medical history they wouldn't have responded in this manner. I'm currently in a bad way. Thankyou to the lovely manager of the reception staff whom was able to professionally come to my rescue. Thankyou.

We are so lucky to live in Brampton with this GP surgery... from reception to nurses to GP's, these people are exceptional. Special thanks to Doctor Morteza Mirab, a GP who takes times and treats his patients with professionalism and care. He really cares. Thank you all!

The service at this Surgery is exceptional, whenever I have called with a worry or a question, I’m always made to feel valued and always helped. I’m always surprised at how freely I can make an appointment at a convenient time and everyone is helpful. Thank you, needing to seek medical assistance isn’t always easy so nice when you feel supported.

This is probably one of the best surgeries in England. We've had all positive experiences with the staff and doctors at this office- especially Dr. Leonard she really takes her time and was very caring towards our little baby girl who is ill. As new (slightly nervous) parents, this goes a long way for us. Thank you!!

This doctors is fabulous. The staff and doctors and nurses have so much care and attention and so so helpful. The receptionist today had such a horrible call. They do not deserve that treatment. They are excellent at their job and deserve respect.
