This BP petrol station is on M1 and could be rated 5 stars as they have lovely staff, they really are. But the main problem is toilets!!!
In a country like the UK , it should be illegal to sell food and not have proper toilets.
It has been for over 6 months if it is not even longer. This is not acceptable.
I don't believe they don't have money to sort this out.

Inexcusable! Forecourt is covered in fuel spills! Pumps are grubby, shop itself isn't much better, bathrooms are a disgrace, even the sinks are "out of order" and covered over. Broken urinals and urine soaked floors, and to top it all they still charge the motorway premium prices. BP, save your "we will investigate or pass on the info replies" just sort it out.

No gloves.
Half of the speakers don't work.
The pushcart…

What sense does it make to close all the toilets to just clean one at a time? Making truck drivers walk to the main building holding everyone up for no reason

I had to wait 5 minutes to pay for my coffee because the indian guy from night shift was staid on his phone on Facebook. Also the toilet was closed for cleaning but 2 hours later is been still closed for cleaning. Very bad attitude from this guy

Toilets always out of order after certain hours... is it to save anybody having to clean them on a night shift... Diabolical as I'm disabled and needed to use the facilities, to be told no... it's just broken... but didn't know why!!

Been using shop as a truck driver for 15 yrs
They no longer open at night so no toilets access anymore at night and only service through the hatch so not great if you want to look at the food
Staff are no longer as friendly now service through window and keep you waiting in the cold while they faf around on touch pads or chatting
I would advise stopping at Northampton services instead
