Boyatt Wood Surgery

I had to say what lovely treatment i received today, from getting home from work and ringing surgery to see if i could talk or see someone, the receptionist gave me an appointment for 2 hours later. I saw Julian Kerr for the first time, he was so caring, friendly, and really listened and checked my symptoms thoroughly. Hoping i will be better soon. Well done all.

The Doctors and Staff at the surgery have been amazing in supporting my elderly relative to move to suitable accommodation. Every single one of them put their time, effort and compassion into helping an 89 year live her best life now. The care the surgery have given her over the years has been 5 star and we have no doubt she is still here today thanks to that care.

I beleive there is a new doctor julian (male doctor) he has seen both my children within 3 weeks, he is hands down the nicest doctor i have ever dealt with, he made my children feel very safe and they came out smiling even tho unwel. Please stay. And he clearky loves his job! :) and the receptionist lady was so quick at getting an apt and lovely thankyou

The doctors are lovely and understand. The reason for a 2 star is because of the RECEPTIONISTS they’re so rude, huffing and puffing away and not understanding of why we need appointments. They give of such a rude tone it’s unbelievable.

Well. I took my dad today to see the practioner nurse Julian calver . Wow! He was absolutely amazing. After many months of my dear dad loosing weight, and hosp, and loads of tests that were all negative and watching hom fade away infront of me, someone listened and it was pure relief to have someone finally doing something that was obviously something seriously going on?... He spent 2and half hrs on my dad and called an ambulance and should never of been discharged from hosp. He was so lovely. Please. Please always stay in your profession because we seriously need more people like you. Jennifer Ingram.

I just want to thank all the staff at the Surgery. The care you have provided my daughter and I has been excellent. We have been to the surgery a lot the past few months with all sorts of issues! Particularly my daughter who has been suffering from rashes, coughs etc. We would particularly like to thank Julian Kerr who has been amazing with us. His consultations are so thorough and he is very caring. He is always pleased to see us and thinks carefully about ongoing plans and treatment. Thank you Julian and the rest of the team, including the receptionists who have made sure we are always seen.

I can’t thank boyattwood surgery enough Julian kurr what can I say! He is amazing! So amazing towards Mabel, has a laugh with me and make sure Mabel gets the correct treatment. Always lovely to see him and when I leave I can’t stop smiling and think what a amazing man he is! He has saved my life by getting me into surgery very quickly so I didn’t have to wait in a&e and listened to me and knew I wasn’t well! I am so glad when we move we still in the catchment area for this surgery! They will go above and beyond for us and a massive thank you to Robbin the receptionist for being so lovely and helping me when Mabel gets poorly!

Terrible GP. Staff lack compassion. Very judgemental. Receptionist’s have a terrible service, one even shouted out my medication in front of a line of customers, I was trembling in anxiety. One doctor prescribed anti biotics to my 1 year old for a viral infection and an ambulance was rushed to us at 2am as she had an adverse reaction. Poor communication from all staff. No duty if care for patients and not following up appointments. Overall I am seriously dissatisfied with the quality of this GP and I am awaiting to be registered to a GP further from my address in hopes they can get it right!!
