22/11/24 l was referred by my doctor to see the pharmacist. On arrival to the pharmacy l was asked by one of the girls my problem, she went up to the pharmacist and he came over, he was very rude and disrespectful and aggressive towards me, his attitude was awful. He refused to see as well. Sorry to say you have now lost my business.

Staff, pharmacists and aftercare service is absolutely second to none. Even with follow up phone calls to check that new prescriptions are working as expected and there are no issues. I've seen complaints about the speed of service but this is evidence of the number of Customers that they have and their popularity.

This chemist is always very busy when I go in but staff are efficient and helpful, especially the counter staff.
Unfortunately, no one seems to answer the phone which I find very frustrating, as it's not always possible to visit to check on readiness medications?

This is an excellent pharmacy. Yes, it is usually busy but I suspect that this is because they have stepped in to the breach in the wake of other pharmacies and online services that have stopped fulfilling prescriptions in recent months. There are always plenty of helpful staff on hand to help and the place seems to be very organised and well stocked with medication that is often out of stock elsewhere (I am looking at you LloydsDirect). In summary, I thoroughly recommend Boyatt Pharmacy.
