If I could give 0 stars I would. My other half a phone appointment earlier today and got told to call back for a referral. It is absolutely impossible to get through to anybody on any lines. Waste of time

Very disappointed! I have told to receptionist that I’m on 5tg day of my cycle and I need urgent prescription so I should not miss my days. She is telling me will send you link tomorrow and I asked how many days it will take and she is like may be 1 week or 10 days I don’t know! Previously I was told we will give you appointment on same day (last Friday I called) and now she told me unfortunately that’s incorrect information! She is not sure how many days and she doesn’t care patients and no sense of urgency at all! I wish I knew her name ….. have to change GP this is such a bad experience! Wrong referrals prepared and months of months wait and again in queue

I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at this GP practice. The wait times to get through on the phone are absurdly long. When I finally managed to speak to someone, the reception staff were more interested in chatting among themselves and sipping tea and coffee than assisting me with my concerns. Their attitude was downright rude and unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. I will be looking for a new GP and strongly advise others to avoid this practice.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks to get registered. Keep getting told to just keep waiting. Got no meds now, 111 won't give me a prescription till I have a gp and my old GP won't do anything for me now. Genuinely terrible go with literally anyone else if you can

This practice is actually exceptional, I don't understand the low reviews. The online service is fantastic, they really answer to your requests in genuinely no longer than a couple hours, no matter how small or dumb the request is. Great customer service and lovely doctors. Shotout to Jordan, who always answers to my requests.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company's customer service. It took an unreasonably long time for anyone to pick up the phone, which was frustrating from the start. When I finally got through, it was clear that the staff was more interested in chatting about other people's problems and drinking tea and coffee than helping customers. The customer service representatives were incredibly rude and dismissive, making the whole ordeal even worse. I will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Never pick the phone up. I was in first in the queue for 45 minutes at 3pm. Not even during lunch hour. When they pick the phone up they are useless always say they are fully booked call back tomorrow. GPs in this country are probably worse than in third world countries.

Same message different day, everyday if you are late.
A mad dash at 8am every morning for people having health care needs.
If serious go A&E, if a distance from where you live consider another surgery.
Bowling Green Surgery is an excellenet Surgery with fantatsic, caring & skilled, National Health Services Professionals (NHSPs) I'm reminded of that every time I have to go there.

Private Health Care (Not Recommended)
Example
Spire Leicester Private Hospital want £130 for a 30 minute GP consultation and £50 for a blood test.
This is not America or France, we do not need private health care when we pay taxes for the infastructure we do have.
Uncontrolled immigration at it's finest applying additional pressure to our services is of consideration. Much like our traffic nowadays, it is the government that fund our services way behind their decision making to support growth of the population.
Reform? probably a good idea - see you for the 2029 Election.
