The doctors and the surgery in general are lovely. The dispenser is shocking, even when it's not busy they drag their feet, 9 times out of 10 they're rude. They put me off wanting to get mine and my childrens medication i actually hate having to collect it and yet again we're going to have to go without because their staff are useless.

I used to be a patient here. I really miss most of the GPs and other staff, as they were exceptional. Although there's one GP who I had to see when I couldn't see my usual one. Most of the GPs are female, but there are a few male ones, one of them is awful! I have a rare disability that is misunderstood by some ignorant medical professionals, but means I now need to use a wheelchair. He, seemingly, without a care said during a consultation "I just need to take a long walk with some fresh air'! I would if I could still walk! Whilst I recommend the surgery. I do not recommend him! There's always one to spoil things! I'm too polite to give his name on my review, however tempting it might be! I'm sure some can take an educated guess though!

Pleased I moved here to this excellent surgery, all receptionists, pharmacy and all the other staff are friendly, courteous, and very helpful.GPs are good and explain clearly and give you time to explain and listen to your concerns.

Polite doctors and very helpful, unfortunately they are old fashioned and do not use electronic processing so ordering and collecting medication can be a hassle.

I have been with this practice for about 18 years; I have several long term conditions so I have a few comments.
The electronic appointment system is good and I usually get in within a few days after booking on the web. I have found the doctors to be professional and careing people although they are often stretched in the limited 10 minute slots they have. The treatment is usually very effective. I would give five stars for this.
My main critique is for the dipensary: I have regular medication which I need for life - it does not change very often, but every time I have to go in to collect medicenes, I am quized like a 9 year old about the payment for the mediation. - totally fed up wth this. I pay for a certificate every year - whats the problem? I have overheard other people in there colection medication, Its not just me, -its the way they speak to people in a patronising "I know best " attitude.. It would not hurt to be more pleasent to your customers. Hence four stars overall.
