My partner is very ill, has been put on new medication and should be having REGULAR meetings with her GP to check on progress. Was promised a call back from her GP to arrange a 2nd appointment which didn't happen so I rang at 8am, was on hold for an hour just to be told "we are filled to safe capacity today I'm afraid..." It's unacceptable and frankly disgusting. Your appointment system doesn't work so fix it or get more capable staff, this surgery is an absolute circus...

Made an appointment as a new patient and checked with the receptionist if there are bike parking facilities. She assurred me this was the case but on arrival I found 14 car spaces for patients + 3 disabled, 5 spaces reserved for doctors only and a staggering 19 spaces for staff cars but not one bicycle parking space. A single bicycle was parked but in such a manner to block access to the repeat prescription box. The dearly beloved NHS promoting a healthy lifestyle! I think not; install some bike racks please.

Waiting for 25 minutes in the queue for a phone call, finally I hear I'm the second person to be answered and a moment later I hear phone being picked up and hanged up with a loud bang. The doctors are great and I always had good experiences with them, but there is always an issue to contact the practice and get an appointment, really disappointing.

My partner keeps attempting to make appointments, but unlike every other medical practice across the country, they do not accept bookings for anything other than the same day, which if you’re not one of the first few callers (they were number 24 in the queue at 8:10am) then you can’t get seen. It’s an absolute joke. She’s also been told that you’re not allowed to be seen for multiple reasons, so you have to call separately, and make a different appointment if you’ve multiple problems. The treatment there is fantastic, we can’t fault that, but the booking system and customer service is very poor.

Superb team here. The receptionists are all polite and professional, performing a basic triage so they can point you to the right medical practitioner. Having doctors, practice nurses, physiotherapy, visiting clinicians for different services etc... under one roof is really helpful for a young family. The phone line is busy in the morning, but if it's urgent, turning up at the door gets an appointment very quickly!

My mother had a fall with symptoms of a brain haemorrhage I emailed with the correct diagnosis to Dr Tan to request imaging. She is so smart she didn't need imaging to rule out brain haemorrhage and my mother nearly died if it wasn't for Bedford hospital. If you have a problem get a second opinion , drive to another county but get help or go to AE. Cocky attitude costs lives. Now people over 80 get covid vaccinations here but not from Boultham.
