This has been my practice for the last 8 years. I have to say that given the huge number of patients they have to manage, I cannot fault them. Staff at all levels, are always polite, professional, patient , helpful and above all caring and compassionate.
Appointments are generally within an acceptable time-frame.
Yes the building is old an tired but a new, shiny one should be on the way.
So a big thank you from me to all the staff that work so hard for our benefit.

My husband has been having chest pains and went in for tests to be done as its getting more consistent and painful and he was under 30. He had bloods done and had to ring the reception for results. Receptionist told him something was wrong with his kidneys and his cholesterol was 5.2. He then rang back the next day because they hadn't told him what the next step was and it turns out it was his liver that had something wrong and his cholesterol is 5.7!! God knows who's results they were looking at! Receptionists should not be allowed to give out information!!

Rude, arrogant doctors. They refuse to prescribe medications that my consultant is happy for me to take. They instead want me to take a useless placebo. They lack a lot of knowledge but seem to think they know it all - they are GP's not consultants! Don't use them, don't trust them - the worst GP's I have ever known.

Its ok,
Listen the doctors are nice and all but the building is not safe in my opinion.
Shut down ground floor AND asbestos signs on ceiling.
Asbestos is dangerous and should not be in a doctors office.
IF ANY STAFF CAN TELL ME WHY THIS IS ON THE CEILING TELL ME thanks

I rang the surgery to request a phone appointment with a doctor.and was told that one would ring me back. A nurse spoke to me later on a gave me a appointment .when i went in to see her she dissmissed my pain telling me its all in my head and that i must believe myself painfree..she dissmissed my other ailments saying ur only a minor diabetic on the lowest dose.and to google my pain on the internet.i felt patronised and belittled .she told me to excerise more which is difficult with my arthritis .i have worked hard all my life .and i dont bother the doctors unless its nessesary .this visit has upset me alot and wont be going back..my pain is very real!

The worst surgery Iv ever had the misfortune of belonging to, there’s no others in the area so we have to use this inadequate one, doctors constantly misdiagnosing and being negligent in their care, they also nearly killed my elderly neighbour due to negligence. They have disabled acsess that’s so dangerous my friend fell over and cracked his head open on the floor! Not even an apology! This place needs investigating and then shutting down its not fit for purpose

Couldn't tell me my partner's appointment time. She asked me to find out for her. So I said cancel it then because who needs an appointment they don't know the time for. She phoned in 40 mins later and asked the time and the appointment was cancelled ummm ok.
