If I could give boston council a -10 I would, happily! The place is terrible! I've been trying to sort out bills. I've called many times, sitting there on hold for more than 2 hours when i get down to 0 in the que, they still hold for a good 35 minutes then they hang up... not even answering. After that i went too the council build in boston to get help in person but truly a massive waist of my time. There is no one to talk to in person anymore. You can only call up and wait, i was told, that's all they could offer. So the next day I call again but yet again I'm sat in a que for 2 hour and again get hung up on with no answer. You system is broken. Your call system is broken. Boston council is broken.

They shut down council tax department and now people need call them and when rang them there was 37 people in front of me!!! 3 days in a row I cannot get them,sent email 1 week ago,no reply,press call back 2 times ,no call back! Horrible attitude!

Went to job centre in this building friendly staff and nicely laid out lovely work coach trouble is no email address or text number for ESA no free post address eigther so gotta download radley uk app to properly use phone and try to find postal address apart from that no problem job centre is easy to find

I telephoned the council to arrange the disposal of an old armchair but as it was a powered recliner they refused because it was too heavy. I am 83 years of age and moved the chair out of my property and 25 yards to the edge of my property. Would the council like to employ me?

Sort your roads out. I can't be waiting in traffic for over 40 mins at 1900...probably the worst roads in the country.
