It's a shambles. My wife and i had flu and covid jabs on two different days. When i went in the week they were 30 mins behind schedule. The staff did little to convey any information and there were no apologies. My wife went today. I tried to phone ahead but the phone just rang till it cut off. When we got there, one person on duty who struggled to cope. I told him about the phone, he just shrugged his shoulders. I could hear the phone ringing when waiting. The place looks like it's about to close down. Won't be using this place again!

Any time we go to the pharmacy the people there are not in a mood to help. It feels like they don’t want to be there and they are super unhelpful.

It’s very sad that this is the main pharmacy in the village, otherwise I would never go there.

Honestly useless. Meds not always in stock, keep you waiting around for ages while they are taking their sweet time and chatting about absolute rubbish in the back. No concept of time or customer service, the whole lot of them need sacking. Totally unprofessional

Dispite moving away from franchise of Lloyds, and some promises that it will be undet new management. We see the same bunch of rude and completely unprofessional people. Everyone is completely fed up with them. Only cheap medicines in stock, not ready or trained to deal with private prescriptions. (Obviously, most of the private is out of stock) as they rely on local GP surgery and their pharmaceutical agreement of proffered medicines.
Strongly suggest switching to KEMSING or if you require late night Maidstone Link (till 11pm) - this has exceptional stock, while Kemsing pharmacy run by lovely people and you can order anything for pre 12 delivery.
Please avoid this place, and do not allow them to talk in the way they do, as it's simply disgusting
