Dr Andrew Booshan is a lovely person as is Serena and crew. The Booshtox team are compassionate, polite and I felt at ease and comfortable to discuss my requests, there was a private consultation room and i was approached and spoken to respectfully and the service was amazing, any questions were answered pleasantly and thoroughly. Thank you for the wonderful service and will be back.

I have just had my first botox appointment with Dr Booshan. He explained everything before hand was very knowledgeable provided all the details ahead of injecting, so far my botox is balanced and there is symertry, I have the normal review session that goes with a first visit tomorrow, I feel I am in safe hands. The salon is perfection, Serena and Maisy looked after me after, they were kind informative and professional.

Amazing experience, really kind, helpful and knowledgeable about every process and procedure, I felt at ease immediately and the Botox procedure was painless, then the staff go the extra mile to explain about the aftercare and products to use, even emailed me a morning and evening aftercare procedure for my skin so my new look stays for longer. I’ll be back in three or four months to keep me looking ten years younger ?

I've been going to BooshTOX for 5 months now for laser hair removal sessions with Serenna. There are several things I like about this place:
- firstly, I'm always treated well and well informed on services with realistic and knowledgeable information. It's a very professional place to attend. I have had laser hair removal elsewhere and didn't receive the same amount of service and knowledge as at BooshTOX.
- my treatment itself is going really well and as described, if not better. The facilities and machinery used are of a high standard.
- I'm always made to feel comfortable, can easily contact Serenna with queries regarding my treatment or upcoming appointments.
-as mentioned, I only attend BooshTOX for laser hair removal. They provide many services and with how happy I am with my current treatment, this would be the first place I would go with anything else I wanted to try due to the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of Andrew and Serenna.
