I recently visited for a sports massage with Sam, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease right away.

Sam was highly skilled and professional. He worked wonders on my neck, which I’ve struggled with on and off with for years, and I felt a noticeable improvement afterward. I will be visiting again.

I highly recommend Matt at Bodysym. I haven’t been for a long time & I now see why it’s so important to go fairly regularly. Sitting on our sofa over the Christmas period gave me an arched back & a stiffness that was bothering me a lot. Matt located the problem areas & fixed them within half an hour. I felt so good afterwards, I could have done cartwheels! Excellent service at a cheap price, which made me feel totally flexible again.

Been having physio with Craig for a while now and he’s been great. Been to countless physios before with a injury I’ve had for 7 years now and never got the bottom of it, a few sessions with Craig and started to see improvements and now can fully return to my sport! He’s been a great help and can’t thank him enough

I have visited Craig to deal with a few problems now. He is very knowledgeable and offers a hands-on approach which I have found sadly lacking in NHS Physios (who tend to hand you a sheet with exercises on!). He's also a very pleasant guy and easy to talk to. Highly recommended

Been in a LOT of pain and as someone mentioned before, the NHS physio I saw a couple of months ago, gave me a Cortisone injection along with a sheet of paper with two exercises in front of me and told me to do them - both to no avail. I found Bodysym and after an assessment with Craig, I felt more positive & received more help than I have in five months. Thank you so much.
