Had my first PT session at their new premises (almost opposite OSD Healthcare) this week. All new gym equipment with plenty of heavy weights to train properly, really impressed! I really like that you usually have the gym almost to yourself during your session and having so many experts in one building is great when I want advice on nutrition or treatment for injury.
HIGHLY recommend popping in and having a look around, lots of parking, the gentleman on reception was really friendly and gave me a tour despite my unscheduled attendance.

I have been seeing Charlie for treatment on my shoulder (mainly) since my daughter was about 8 weeks old. She is really helping me to maintain and prevent worsening of my shoulder/wrist while I can not rest it properly as a new mum. Charlie was so welcoming when I was bringing my daughter along to the appointments.
Alongside the physical treatment, Charlie is great to talk to so I look forward to each appointment.
I can also turn up with a stress headache or new ache and she just knows how to ease the problem 🙂

Sam was absolutely amazing with my treatment. Really explained how my work out routine could be improved. Fully body massage was amazing and great value for money. I work in Hemel and location was easy to get to and free parking which is a must. Highly recommend.
