I went to see Trudi after having a unilateral mastectomy. Her work on my scars and scar tissue have been nothing short of amazing, the tightness caused by the scar tissue has gone, I have full mobility in my arm, and confidently able to get back swimming. The scars are fading with every treatment.
I was discharged early by the macmillan nurses, as they could see how well my recovery was going.
After each treatment not only is my body recovering from the trauma of the operation but mentally I feel better, and more body confident.

I would highly recommend Body Harmony. I was welcomed and put at ease right away. After months of being in daily agony, not sleeping and having serious limited mobility with a frozen shoulder I had a huge improvement and the pain almost away in just one session. I had not slept or been able to dress myself for 8 months but after an hours session I had my dignity back - and slept! I was able to dress and wash myself again, slept through the night which together helped improve my mental heath. I also love the mix of therapies offered and knowledge on hand through years of experience open to questions and discussion. Each session is tailored to that weeks needs and only booked in for what you need making it clear she is there to help heal you not for profit stretching out sessions. Five stars 🌟

I went away on holiday just 9 weeks after having a total knee replacement. Oh dear! The flight, the heat, too much walking, I came home in agony. My knee was swollen, stiff and my IT Band wasn’t allowing for any movement. Thankfully Trudi worked her magic, eased the pain and brought some flexibility back to my knee which has allowed me to continue with my post op exercises.
