After sitting at a desk and/or a car for hours each day and nearing 40 I had started to think my body will always feel jaded - I left feeling reinvigorated and better informed about protecting myself for the future. Really top notch remedial and assement massage. Done myofascial release ironing out my body felt the nevres in upper back shooting out the pain for good 🙏🏼. Posture analysed and was no issues there. But we all use our shoudlers with tech so much, had right shoulder tight and lower back left side.

Gave tips for exercises also

I have visited and got my feet sorted several times. This lady goes above and beyond. After talking to me whilst tending to the problems I was having with my feet, she made me customised foot aids to reduce some of the problems I was having, this have helped loads. I really cannot recommend enough.
