A massive thank you to Ben, Dave and Sarah Jane for all of your assistance in bringing my critically ill Mother back to the UK from France. Ben’s consultative approach regarding repatriation is second to none… my Mothers care and well being was put at the heart of the relocation. Dave, Sarah Jane and the team couldn’t have been more of a professional clinical support during transit. Huge thanks to Craig and the rest of three team involved who pulled out all stops to repatriate my mum to the U.K. from France. Craig was responsive, calm and understanding at all times, and it was really reassuring to be able to contact him direct with any questions or concerns.
I felt that mum was in good hands when I saw her off in the ambulance, and she confirmed that all the crew members she met were warm, friendly, professional, and took good care of her.
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

I recently completed my FREC L3 course, after researching many other places to do a FREC or similar course I found BM Ambulance. After reading their reviews and website I entrusted those and booked on my place. Angela was super helpful and provided great communication throughout booking the course.

I was firstly quite sceptical about everything as I kind of walked into the unknown, I had some basic understanding of the course and what I would entitle but , boy oh boy did I learn a lot. A lot of it is theory work where you understand so much in depth on how and why we do things , this course is a major step up from a generic first aid course where you understand how for example, Cause A is treated and why Cause A happens and what else Cause A can do. Lots of hands on work on how to use FREC3 equipment such as oxygen and more advanced airway techniques. Kevin does a lot of scenarios so be prepared to get your skills and knowledge tested. He teaches in a great and fun way, a way you will remember.

Kevin was such an great instructor, he had such a positive and inspiring attitude, such a great teacher doing the course, props to him making the 5 days enjoyable , not only making the theory being able to memorise well with his stories and acronyms to remember. But also his attitude to help and support our learning throughout the course.

I highly recommend the course to anyone wanting to improve their overall medical skills alongside the qualifications allowing you to gain more experience and knowledge to purse those roles and job prospects within the fields that need the course. Big vouch to BM Ambulance for the training, and I hope one day I can carry on and complete my FREC4 or more.

A slight little concern was that the bathroom was rather dirty and not well kept. Didn’t seem like it was ever cleaned during the whole week I was training.

I have thought for days how to write this review… i have come to the conclusion that no words in the English dictionary can describe how grateful and thankful I am for the repatriation of my dad. The skills and professionalism of this team was outstanding; the constant updates and tracking information was very reassuring too. If I was ever to be in this situation again I would without a doubt contact BM ambulances 🙂

The best service for a stressful and upsetting time. My grandmother was in the best care, treated respectfully and we were in constant communication with the service. I had an operation at UCLH in London which left me immobile to travel back to the Isle of Wight. I was collected very promptly by Mark & Jimmy, who were helpful and very professional. My comfort was paramount and they ensured I was in the greatest amount of comfort for the journey. We made the ferry in excellent time with a loo break & coffee stop- the cappuccino at Wightlink was like an ice-cream for poor Mark. Jim was a complete gentleman, who worked with my medication for some interesting conversation. Sorry Jim!
At all times felt safe, well cared for and prioritised. Thank you BM Ambulance Service, Jim & Nick deserve danger money 🙂
