I've been working for Bluebird care since May 2023. The training I was given was one of the best, it was really informative even after doing my diplomas and training with other company's. All my colleagues have been really welcoming and supportive. I found out I was pregnant just after starting with Bluebird and the office have gone above and beyond to support me in anyway they can. The care given out in the field by my team members is impeccable and I can rest easy going home after work knowing the customers are well looked after by them all.

My first week at Bluebird Bristol has been fabulous. The team have been supportive and encouraging with any ideas I have pitched and have had no issues giving me any information I have required to be able to do my job successfully! Looking forward to the branches coming together and a long career at Bluebird Bristol and Bath!

Absolutely wonderful company to work for here at Bluebird? I’ve only been working for bluebird since December but it is honestly such a lovely company to work for, all staff members are excellent, always there when you need them and easily accessible which I struggled with in previous company’s. All staff members, including in the office go above and beyond for both other staff members and service users. Bluebird care is such a welcoming company, you’ll be missing out?
