I had a myofascial treatment with Julie for the first time yesterday and it was such a wonderful experience. I don't particularly suffer with pain as a rule - just the odd ache in my back sometimes - so didn't necessarily go for pain relief, I just wanted to take some time for myself and try a new treatment. This treatment wasn't like any kind of treatment I'd had before so I didn't really know what to expect. But I immediately felt at ease in Julie's company, and in her beautiful treatment room. The treatment itself most certainly released both physical tension and emotional tension for me, and I left feeling lighter - like a weight had been lifted - calmer, and more at peace. I drove home slowly in a very zen state! 😂 Thank you Julie, I'll definitely be back.

I attended Chinese acupuncture for a painful lower back, very quickly I experienced relief from pain. Julie the therapist, is expert in the field of Chinese acupuncture, holistic massage and aromatherapy. She is passionate about the therapies she is able to offer and treatments that she gives.
