We’ve been with Blackridge Pharmacy for long time now. Get our monthly meds in packs regularly on the dot. Delivery guys always helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff at the pharmacy are always ready to help whether we call them by phone or visit the shop to the extent they have helped in the past with matters that should have been dealt with by the doctors at our practice. I cannot say anything other than they provide a service over and above what is the normal. Thank you so much.

Some of the staff look at you like you've just interrupted a funeral when you walk in. They don't even smile and say hi, they just glare at you and look at you until you ask for what you need. Even if I smile and say hi, I don't get a hi back. They never ask, "How can I help you?" It's also 2020. They still don't take card payments. They didn't even sort out card payments during the pandemic when it was exceedingly dangerous to continue to handle cash. I only ever go here anymore to pick up my prescriptions from the health centre.

No stars! I’m a 48 year old woman and they make you feel like a child! Medication is never ready when you go for it and to top it off I went in for my repeat 2 days early as I’m going on holiday and they won’t give me it! They are a disgrace to this small community

Very very poor customer service. Totaly ignore you when you go. Never have the drug in stock. Think it would be fair to say that some customer care training may not go amiss.
