Had severe sciatica which lasted 8 weeks, was recommended by a friend.

I had 3 sessions, they all followed the same format.
On the hour for example
09:00 - Greet and set me away on tense machine.
09:15 - you could hear her setting someone up in next room and the beeps of there tense machine
09:30 - change to magnets ( by this point staggered patient machine going off
09:45 - have an adjustment I.e your back clicked hear their machine running off time.

10:00 card machine already said up with Z amount and appointment card being wrote out for next appointment.

Feel it was rushed, was specific to your needs.

Second star was giving because she told me where it was cheaper to get ice packs rather than buying form her

I’ve struggled with back pain and sciatica for years now. After having an MRI I found out my L4/5 and S1 disks were bulging. I contacted the lovely Cheryll who booked me in for the new IDD therapy treatment she now offers and oh my god I can believe the difference in my back now. I am now managing to sleep through the night pain free, I’m not aching when I wake up and I can run around with my kids again. From walking through the door at birtley osteopath clinic the very first time, Cheryll was very welcoming and friendly. She explained the whole procedure to me, which I will say was very relaxing and comfortable. I’m so glad I had the IDD therapy and can not thank Cheryll enough for changing my life. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone with back issues and/or sciatica. Thanks so much Cheryll.

After years of putting off getting ingrown toenails sorted, I made an appointment at this clinic. Two weeks over and things are great. Had partial removals. First class treatment from Lisa with care and attention every step of the way. I can’t rate this place highly enough. 10 stars.

Was recommended Cheryl by a very good friend, drove my friend from Sunderland who has been suffering from lower back pain, I couldn’t believe it from the moment we met Cheryl her customer service was zero she didn’t even introduce herself and spoke to us like we were bothering her by being there , utterly shocking this resulted in my friend leaving without even seeing her , customer service absolutely terrible the worst I’ve ever experienced ! I would NOT recommend this place at all I would rate it zero star if I could I’ve visited many physios sports therapist etc over the years and this is by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever witnessed absolutely shocking attitude

I used Birtley osteopaths 3 years ago when I had an issue with my back. I recommend this clinic ever since. My colleagues went there and the same results. This week I injured my back and the first call was to Birtley osteopaths. It felt much better straight after. Hopefully i wont need to see them for another 3 years! A Big thank you

"Treated" a serious back injury with magnets. Practitioner was clearly treating two patients at the same time. I'm sure I'll get a response about how effective magnets are, but they aren't are they...they're magnets
