Over the last few years I completed my Baby and Toddler Swim Training and Aquanatal Yoga training with Birthlight. Both were fantastic! I love the gentle Birthlight approach and love sharing it with our families attending my classes. I would highly recommend Birthlight training opportunities. I have attended many Birthlight courses over the last 10 years and highly recommend them all. I've also attended courses elsewhere and the teaching and knowledge imparted by Francoise and the team is incomparable and the courses are rigorous and truly inspiring. I run a successful studio for pregnancy, birth and beyond and it would not be possible without the guidance and knowledge gained from the Birthlight courses.

Birthlight is a wonderful organisation, both a community of teachers and a fantastic training organisation too. I have completed both pre- and postnatal yoga training with them, as well as a number of other CPDs. I would highly recommend them if you're interested in working with women during pregnancy, postnatally, or during other transitional stages of their lives such as menopause. The teachers have many decades of experience and they deliver trainings in a very professional, inspiring and fun way. I have been teaching yoga since 1988 and attended countless seminars, workshops, CPD days, teacher training courses over the years, with a wide range ot tutors from many traditions. In my experience, Francoise is one of the finest. Her depth of knowledge, anatomical, physiological, emotional and spiritual, and the way it is imparted, really from the heart, makes for a unique, inspiring and valuable experience. I did the Birthlight Baby Yoga training online with Bryony and it was just great. Loved the way it was conducted, skillful and with lots of love and compassion for mothers and their babies. I started teaching it immediately after the course and felt very well prepared.
