I recently visited this clinic to get a specialist opinion on persistent swelling in my foot, hoping for clarity and actionable advice. Unfortunately, the appointment left me feeling more confused than reassured. The assessment lacked depth, and I walked out without a proper diagnosis, recommendations, or even a clear explanation of the issue.

The clinician appeared inexperienced and struggled to provide answers or build confidence. Despite my condition, I was simply told to buy compression socks, with no discussion about the underlying cause or what steps to take to manage or resolve the issue. I came prepared with questions and concerns but left with no clarity or plan of action.

To their credit, they did discount the appointment, possibly recognizing the lack of value provided. However, the experience felt like a waste of time and money. If you’re looking for a thorough, professional assessment, I would advise caution before booking here.”

I suffered with what I was lead to believe, a heal spur but through the expertise of Biomechanix & my initial appointment with Mr Mistry we got to the bottom of my pain which then led to my physio appointments with the amazing Taylor, I am on my way to being fixed.
I honestly tried to go down the route of trying to fix the pain myself, through googling home remedies but a few months later & I was still in the same position pain wise, wish I’d just visited Biochanix in the first place. Sadly the NHS could have not supplied the 1st class treatment I had, due to advanced technology Biochanix use. Thanks Tracey

I wish I had known about this clinic 2 years ago. I suddenly developed chronic plantar fasciitis in both feet and spent a small fortune on various physios, podiatrists, private hospital appointments and insoles. It wasn't until I turned up here at the end of January, in desperation and still in agony, that I was given a scan and a treatment plan of laser and shockwave therapy. I also wore a boot for a while and now have insoles that fit properly. I am so grateful to Abid and Mitesh for their help, professionalism and perseverance. I honestly thought that I would never walk pain free again. However, after a few months, I am!

I have been experiencing undiagnosed heel pain for well over 10 years and numerous practitioners, therapies etc, have failed to both diagnose and solve the issue. Thankfully Mr Ali was finally able to give me a definitive diagnosis and effective treatment options. I am very grateful. I have had back and leg issues for years and have been passed from pillar to post from GP to physios trying to get it resolved.
I have now been seeing Taylor and at last I’ve been listened to and the treatment he has been giving me is starting to work.
I can now walk from work without having to stop at least 4 times and my back is easing too.

I went to see Dr Ali for my severe knee pain with inflammation and my ankles issues. I couldn't walk or move around. I needed walking aid was almost house bound. I am so thankful to Dr Ali that with his treatment plan and his expertise, I am now pain free, I am able to walk again and live a normal life. Prior to that I was put on the waiting list for knee surgery which is not needed. The clinic is fully equipped with latest technology and you are looked after under his professional team.

This place is what the NHS could be in an ideal world. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and ready to explain everything about your condition and its treatment which you get rapidly and at a reasonable price. They have machines, technology and most importantly people that really can help you heal. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been having treatment at this clinic for the past 4 weeks with Mitash Mistry and Taylor Moseley for a glute mead tendonopathy and the improvement has been fantastic. I have been struggling for months but some hot laser and shock wave therapy has helped no end. Excellent therapists and would thoroughly recommend. They also sorted out my daughter this summer who could hardly run due to so much pain. She is now training for a half marathon.
