A non judgemental,supportive and friendly group. Led by Bex,who sets the tone for encouraging support. Loads of inspiration and ideas as well as laughter and occasional tears. A very real experience for the times when it's not all plain sailing. It's a journey and what better advice and support I can't imagine. .
