Yes, the interior needs an update, but that doesn’t matter. Most importantly are the Staff. I’m pleased I stayed a loyal customer, because the new owner/s & staff are amazing.
They couldn’t be more efficient, friendly, polite and helpful, and, as mentioned in other reviews, the prescriptions are always ready on time! Not only that, there is free delivery twice a week. Who could ask for more?

needed urgent help with my diabetic supplies through no fault of my own and twice they have come to my aid. While the doctors simply delayed their actions, bilbrook pharmacy still managed to come through.
Knowledgable, helpful and efficient, what more can you ask for!!!!

What a transformation !!!
Following the demise of Lloyd's the independent pharmacy was a nightmare.
They have certainly got their act together now. No long waits for meds, more stock and helpful staff.
The lady pharmacist is a delight. So helpful and knowledgeable.
