Avoid if you are neurodiverse, they are unwilling to help. The practice has admittedly been good at times, fairly quick appointments and referrals etc. however I was completely left in the lurch during a crisis as the practice doesn't accept any sort of shared care agreement. It’s within their right to choose not to do this, I imagine it’s profit related and it ultimately is a business. However, the lack of compassion or guidance was shocking. I was close to being without vital medication, which was only resolved by switching GPs, something they never suggested was an option. Avoid if you want your mental health and wellbeing to be taken seriously.

Visited on Bank holiday Monday while waiting for the X18 bus to arrive, so nice to see a clean building and spacious car park and a on site pharmacist the local people are so lucky to have a health centre here i am from Birmingham. For the people who give you a bad report they don't know what the hell they are talking about

Felt ignored by doctor when expressed my concerns, pulled some faces when I spoke about things and didn’t answer many questions. She told me to only eat boiled veg for 4 weeks (no protein, no healthy fats) - spoke to another doctor about this (at alcester health centre) and they thought this was ridiculous and apologised- telling me not to do this! Another problem with reception not telling me my face to face appt was cancelled and changed to a phone call, took the morning off of work, then turned away when I got to my appointment and was demanded to take the phone call in the health centre as they couldn’t see me even though appt had been booked for 2 weeks. Receptionist was quite rude and dismissive, would have just appreciated an apology. Moved health centres!

We moved to Bidford on Avon 2 years ago,and I can honestly say that I've not found any doctor, receptionist or health care provider in this surgery that does not smile or provide a negative opinion or view. A breath of fresh air, you naturally feel healthy as soon as you walk through the doors. I am so glad i moved here and registered with this practice.

I tend to see a different GP on each visit but they're always polite, knowledgeable, precise and engaged with their task to help me. The receptionists, secretaries and pharamacists are enthusiastic and understanding. The dispensary is a little disorganised but staff are hardworking and helpful. To be seen you'll need to be registered with the surgery and call at 8.30am for a same day appointment. Overall a good practice.

I would just like to thank the teams here I am staying with friends here in Bidford could not get any sense for my GP in Birmingham, advise me to go to walk Center which there are none within 30 miles away lucky receptionist here me as a temporary residence and I was seeing a doctor within 20 minutes which resulted me sent to the A&E at Warwick with a medical emergency. I feel what would’ve happened if I hadn’t been seen when I was by a doctor form this surgery could be in a really bad place now
Thank you

Time and again trying to get through to reception is near on impossible. Today I was allegedly number one in the queue yet after over 14 minutes wait time and still no answer I gave up!

When you're in full time employment, asking to make a call in work hours and not getting through just exacerbates the situation, what's more infuriating is that when you walk in to reception and they're all nattering away and the phones are left ringing is half the reason for such horrendous wait times on the phone.

Excellent surgery. I was seen very quickly by a fantastic GP. They are a friendly, and caring team. We are very fortunate to have this surgery, especially with the growing pressure that GP surgeries face. Thank you Bidford Health Centre!
