All of the staff have been wonderful. Every doctor, advanced nurse practitioner, nurse, district nurses, receptionists have been so kind and understanding. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful and supportive. A lovely practice !

I moved recently to the Bewdley Medical Centre from a small surgery in Belbroughton. Bewdley Medical Centre is a large 2 storey building with a barrier protected car park but it only emphasises the quality of care. This Medical Centre is excellent in every way from my experience, from the lead GP Dr. Kneebone, to the Nurse Practitioners, the Reception and back room staff, and everyone with whom I have come into contact. I have had a thorough introductory interview, 2 well administered blood pressure reviews, two bloods taken, an ECG, and the most satisfying medical overhaul. Nothing could have been more intent on supervising my future health. I read criticisms of this Medical Centre with disbelief as I have only experienced the highest standards of medicine.

I've been so impressed with this medical centre recently. I had an issue with my knee and filled out a form online to get an appointment. I was seen within a week, by a physiotherapist and was given advice and exercises to help it heal as quickly as possible.

Everyone keen to be critical of our GP's, but I rang the surgery and spoke to reception at 8-15am. Dr Sutton rang back at 9am and saw my friend at 10am. He needs urgent referral to Worcester Royal. She spoke to surgeon and got a management plan for him, then updated us. She took the time to ring him this afternoon with another appointment and to see how he was. Excellent service by lovely professional, caring staff. Thank you all so much.

I have been treated exceptionally well by the all the nurses, Drs, clerical staff and prescription team, at BMC. My GP Dr Kneebone knows me very well as I am somewhat a complex pt. Dr Kneebone has always shown me nothing but kindness and I am usually able to see or speak to her when I need a Dr, this continuity of care is incredibly important and makes life easy rather than going over my medical history with a different Dr when I need hel and I feel safe and well cared for by her. The prescription team have been fabulous and Sally in particular works so hard each week to ensure my medications are present and correct. Any isssues I have with my prescription Sally is a natural problem solver and always resolves any problems that arise occasionally. I would like to thank the staff at BMC and wish them all a Merry Christmas, keep up the fabulous work you do in 2025. A big thank you from me and my family. Emma Greenway Bewdley

Awful. Poor communication system. Poor booking system. 2.5 hrs just to speak to someone to then give you an appointment. This is after 2.5 hours of back and forth weblink texts and numerous phonecalls. In that 2.5 hours they were happy to prescribe medications WITHOUT all the information of my 7yr olds illness, asking if I just wanted a repeat prescription for antibiotics. Pretty sure that's the drs job to decide, who actually has the medical degree. Everything possible to try and get you to stop calling and not use them.

Contacted on Wednesday via online, the was placed with physio, completed online questionnaire the unfortunately missed a phone call on the Friday as I was at work. No message left. Contacted surgery today for an update, they have no idea who contacted me on the Friday and have just informed me I'm on a waiting with the physio. I'm aware I will have to wait but at least let me know. Who was the call from ? Documentation is so important, especially in this job.....

I am writing this review specifically about Dr Christina Emery. (Whoever reads this please pass this on to her and say it is from Max) Never in my life have I ever seen an NHS doctor that has had the level of patience, care and kindness as this wonderful young lady. She truly made me feel listened to and humoured me by providing me with various tests I requested to calm my anxiety. I dismissed her initial diagnosis due to my own trust issues and brain not being able to see past the worst possible scenario and she still continued to check in and even provided a rapid update on a blood marker to calm my mind. I cannot thank you enough Dr Emery, truly. As far as the surgery goes all the staff are pleasant and polite and the waiting rooms/screens with appointments on are very efficient, only downside is having to pay for parking, but overall, great docs!
