On hold for 21 minutes at position 1. Eventually answered by someone that sounded like my call was an inconvenience and told they would "pass it over to the booking team". What was the point in her job if she can't actually book people in!

I received 5* treatment from my GP. Following my appointment, I was able to have a next-day blood test, done painlessly by a very pleasant practitioner the results of which were available online the following day. This has been beyond expectation considering that previously CT scan results took almost two weeks from the date of the radiologist's report to the surgery admin staff making them available online.

This surgery used to be a such a wonderful place and the systems on place were very easy to access and getting appointments etc was always managed well. Unfortunately since moving across to be part of the Patford House Partnership the quality has diminished rapidly. The system online messages don’t always get read and the way you are treated as a patient is unacceptable. An example being messages sent over a four day period to gain access to medication only to be told I would need an appointment, even though I had already been seen about the exact issue days before. I am saddened by the way this surgery has changed and would only hope it can improve.

Sadly, had to change my 4 start review back down - it would have been a zero if possible, but alas!

Tried calling today - took nearly an hour and twenty minutes to move 5 places (in a queue of 11 when I joined), decided to just hang up and hope for the best - a surgical infection, so here's hoping it just goes away by itself then.

Learnt my lesson - don't bother calling, even at bang on 8:30 (when lines open) you'll find there's always a decent number in front of you. From now on, I will just the website request service - that always gives a response and the Doctors that call you back are brilliant help.

I know that Patford House and Beversbrook have been getting poor reviews recently. However when mum my was taken ill in the town centre last week- a GP came out immediately to help. Also a follow up ECG was done promptly no bother at all. In addition to this I asked for an appointment for my son and we got an appointment within a week. Alway responsive on system online- very helpful.

Absolutely shocking surgery. The staff are rude and treat you like dirt. The level of respect they have is shocking. Recently tried to get an appointment for my 6 month old, was promised a call back as it was urgent, I had to call them back to chase and was then told they didn't need to call me back as I'm not in the medical profession. The manager there is also rude and incompetent, her lack of empathy is disgusting. They're solution is always a call back (whichever never happens), or a phone appointment. Shocking
