I have experience of a large number of GP practices both directly and indirectly through my work. I have never found one that provides such a high quality of friendly, helpful and professional service. The walk in and wait service is very convenient and means no long wait for an appointment for an urgent matter. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. The support they provided to my partner and myself when she was terminally ill was just amazing. I would not have got through it without them. 8 years later I continue to receive the highest possible standard of care. In the words of Tina Turner "Simply the best."

We had just returned from 26 years of living overseas, with family of three children, just had our first visit to the clinic, and found it pleasantly nice and efficient, we register last Friday, and was told the earliest available Appointment will be on 8th July which two weeks away, we were stressed, after calling around and found out there is this walk-in and wait option, which we jumped across and sit in the clinic, saw a room filled with some over 30 people, thinking it might have to take forever, yet only little over an hour, we got to see the doctor, and all went very swiftly!!! Thank you for the wonderful people in the center! They had made our settling in experience nicer!

Dr Ezobi is one of the most compassionate and human doctors I've seen, she never makes me feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience despite being so pushed for time. It's incredible that with so little time per appointment she still manages to ask how you are and seem honestly very caring. I will be sad if we do move away as I feel as though I'm in very safe hands. The surgery is unsurprisingly busy, but I've not had any bad experiences here in 5 or so years.

Rang on Monday (8th) to book appt, first available 29th. Informed if wanted to be seen before had to attend their daily Walk In and Wait Clinic. So today walked in and waited 2 hours! No wonder these clinics are so busy, it's either this or a 3 week wait!

Impossible to ever get an appointment when you call even if you are a high risk pregnancy or advised by a&e to see your gp ASAP! Walk in clinic nearly impossible as a full time worker am beyond fed up now!

I was always able to get an appointment fast and see a doctor really quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely and helpful receptionists. Great morning walk-in service from 8-10.30am. Nicely kept/clean centre. Good GPs.
