While being there, they changed my practitioner 4x without ever telling me and I had to fight to get an appointment in under 3-4 months. Most of them completely ignored the situation and solely judged me based off my looks. I was told that breathing better or listening to sounds would fix a lifetime of anxiety and that therapy and meds were useless. Honestly shameful people like this get to work with patients in need of genuine care. The autism department within though is chef’s kiss, couldn’t recommend them enough

Since October 2023 , I have had appointments continually cancelled and each time only given one working day working e.g cancelled less than 24hr hours before my appointment . They have rescheduled my appointment for the 25th of March to 18th June 2024 , meaning I will have been 9 months without seeing any doctor. From October 2023, my appointment was scheduled for February 13th 2024 then rescheduled to February 29th 2024 ,then cancelled again and rescheduled to March 25th 2024 , and now again to June 18th 2024. During this time , I have been in touch with duty workers and crisis numbers but have been unable to see a doctor at this clinic despite multiple times struggling immensely and not able to access help. I am also on medication which is only meant to be for short- to medium term treatment , but due to these delays I have been on this medication against my will and would suffer withdrawal if attempting to wean off myself without proper dosage and monitoring. As a consequence of being on it for so long , I have suffered multitudes of sideffects which have decreased My quality of life , despite this medication only given for a crisis situation and not even licensed for treatment of my condition and this goes against NICE guidance. There have also been continuous admin issues and problems with the receptionist , meaning they have the wrong GP for me on the system. As a consequence , my actual GP does not get my prescriptions and it is a fight every month to get the prescription regardless , with for a while not having my diagnosis on file and I have to myself print out the letters from Bethnal Green and bring to my GP as Bethnal Green have asserted it is impossible for them to change the GP to have the correct one on file for me. I am unable to see my GP for medication or medication changes in the meantime as all that is, they have said , meant to be dealt by my original prescriber which is Bethnal Green.

AVOID this place! Absolutely incompetent, untrained staff. They have zero regards for privacy and will share sensitive information publicly. They don’t have a clue what GDPR is. Dangerous.

Had a dip In mental health which resulted in hospital stay, couldn't even get a call back, receptionist was kinda rude and they seemed like they didn't even care because it was perceived as drug abuse when it wasn't.

Worst service in the tower hamlets.Cancel appointments do not want to help either.Very sly by pretending to help you and call you the next day with no response you have to chase them to do their job and I thought I was the one with issues.They act as if you are disabled and cannot think for yourself but once you stand up for yourself they don’t give out appointments.

Appaling reception service. Very unreliable
