Bentley Manor Care Home

I want to share my thoughts on Bentley manor care home who has cared for my mum till her final day today. Bentley manor I cannot thank you enough for all the love and care you have given my mum over the past 10 months of being in your care. You have shown incredible care to my mum Vivien Brown throughout her journey. Mum was diagnosed with dementia and later a tumour. There was never a day that you were not there for her. Gemma ( manager ) and the incredible care team had grown a lovely caring relationship with her and our family. Communication was never a miss. From the bottom of our hearts thank you. Your home is the best for anyone one who needs that extra touch and reassurance that their loved one is being cared for. My words are not enough to tell you how thankful we all are. Thank you Bentley manor for showing us all how care should be done for our precious gems. My mother was my world and I never had to worry whilst she was in Bentley manor.

My father in law has been in this care home for over a year now, the staff are amazing the care they give is above ? I couldn't recommend enough

Awful home I wouldn’t even give it 1 star My Dad was a resident in this home for 9 Months until May 2018 He wasn’t once taken out of his room in those 9 Months His room was dirty and even after numerous requests to clean his room and his drinking bottle it was left mouldy and just refilled, we had to put signs up to tell the staff he was blind as they”didn’t know” After being admitted to hospital my dad has now moved homes and is in a much better place

Run down and out of date home unsual ways to look after those with dementia and care harbour healthcare as a lot of homes like this around the area I wouldn't put relatives in here face don't fit kind place.

It’s not a care home it’s a family.
