Really fantastic pharmacy. The new pharmacist, well he’s been there for a ~year now, is brilliant. He’s calm, kind, and very efficient; the place has a really good vibe/feel now, irrespective of the recent face-lift it’s been given. Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy ?

This pharmacy is useless. Disorganised in the back and front. Avoid it. I've been here multiple times now as it's the closest to my new home and they have: - Called me by the wrong name (significantly e.g. Simon or Nigel) repeatedly. - Have lost my prepared prescription pack so cannot issue another without a new prescription. Causing a significant delay in receiving my medication. - Have failed to prepare stock after holding my prescription for 8 days. - Been consistently rude and abrupt despite attempts to remain polite with a smile from me. - Suggested to use alternative pharmacies for stock without checking if they are closed. Showing no wider thinking at all. It's not hard if anything to just be polite even on a bad day. Do better.

Under new management, Benson Pharmacy has become highly efficient, providing prompt service. The service was terrible when it was under Lloyds Pharmacy. But now, we are fortunate to have this Pharmacy.

I would like to apologise for anyone who feels that we are not providing service they expect. We are as many pharmacies experiencing difficulties in getting stock, but will always try our best to accommodate the patient. We do request that patients order their medications 7-10 days ahead of needing them, this gives us time to get the prescription ready for you. If you would like to discuss your difficulties please pop in and I will discuss these issues with you. We don’t always get it right but the staff will always try their best.

It will be much better for your health to steer clear of this pharmacy. They always have stock shortages. My last prescription I waited a week for and when I went to collect, it was lost. I then had Nick tell me over and over how disorganised we are. I am still not sure how any of this is my fault. We are told loud and clear not to be abusive to their staff but customers can be treated as they please. Would not go here again. I believe this pharmacy needs an additional chemist to lighten the load.

The chemist has improved since it has recently been taken over. I haven’t had to wait for my prescriptions they are ready for collection on time

Always excellent service, friendly staff. There's no better pharmacy in the area.
