Thank you to the nurse who treated me for contraceptive care recently. She was very professional, caring and friendly throughout. I felt listened to and felt that I could trust her completely. It was only a short and simple procedure but it mattered to me. I got an appointment very promptly too.

Reception staff categorically refused to make any sort of appointment on the telephone insisting that I have to use the website, even though the page titled 'Appointments' on their website says that if I need to make an appointment I have to call them.

They're pushing everyone on to an online triage service that can take up to two working days for them to come back to you. Not sure this is acceptable especially for those who cannot access the internet or have accessibility issues.

I've have been examined by Dr jules ralph today for prostate and he was very open on given me a talk about it and listen to me and very helpful with diagnosis of what i might have to see an urologist for a check up I've been satisfied with the staff and doctors there

I left this surgery because of certain a receptionist and a certain GP Partner (female). They know who they are. I tolerated things for years until one particular VERY aggressive phone call, and then I began neglecting my health by not making appointments. Bear in mind that this was not the first time I've received unwarranted attitude from them from the get go. They are absolutely foul. I'd also argue that there's zero support or concern for the well-being of "masking" disabled individuals. Thankfully, my new surgery is happily working with me and keeping on top of health issues which are finally being addressed. My new GP found out that I'm desperately anemic and have dysphagia. My symptoms were never taken seriously at Benfield Park. Never again, even if I was on my death bed. 10/10 would never recommend.

I have been with this practice for 54 years and I cannot fault the staff or the doctors. In this day and age when there is so much pressure on GP surgeries they offere an excellent service.
They always give good advice and are so attentive to your needs. I just wanted to say thank you for all you do for my family and this community.

Awful experience when going for an x-ray. No one to check you in. I was informed by other patients waiting to wait for a member of staff to come and book you in as staff can see you on the camera
Member of staff asking you what 'body part' you are here for?
Other patients could hear everything going on. I was mortified when the nurse shouted,'Are you wearing a bra' as we walked into the x-ray room. Before I went in I knew what everyone in the waiting room was there for. No dignity, no confidentiality at all.

I must say it is the best GP I have ever had. I recently moved to Newcastle from Scunthorpe and the level of service provided is much better!

I have always found that the staff were very helpful friendly and had no problem with ordering my repeat prescription and the doctors were extremely helpful so I haven't had any problems going to the surgery time's are difficult trying to book appointments so the staff are doing an excellent job
