If I could give it 0 stars I would.

You can’t get through to Belmont hill directly the calls seem to be outsourced.
They don’t stick to their promised appointment times or dates.
They book me in for the 09/10/2024 and no body called me I then chased it up and was basically gaslight into being told my appointment was booked for the 10/10/2024 which isn’t true.
They eventually confirmed that the appointment had been moved but didn’t confirm why.

They don’t follow up with anything you have to do all the chasing and it’s so hard to get an appointment let alone be taken seriously.

They have an option to call for test results but when you do they say they can’t give them to you without an appointment.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend this GP it has gone so down hill it’s embarrassing.

Not impressed with the care/services they have given as of this year.

This surgery unfortunately is slowly and steadily getting worse. Booking an appointment is almost impossible over the phone and the some of the people at reception are rude, in particular the caucasian elderly lady with dark hair.

Unfortunately I'm not able to put less than a star or else I would.
I went with my wife and this blonde lady called Diana working in the reception treat us with very disrespectful manners, she was shouting at my wife and being very rude with no reason at all.
She is working in a GP and the NHS, facing the customer everyday I believe she needs to take some more lesson on how to deal with people and behaviour.
Too many people working there and none of them is able to have a respectful communication.

This is one of the worst GP surgeries in the area, and the Lewisham “Care” Partnership that run it and the other worst surgeries in the area provide the absolute minimum service. I have multiple times been denied an appointment calling first thing in the morning only to later end up in A&E. They are rude, uncaring and incompetent. Check the NHS and Google reviews of other surgeries around you; they will all be better. Register with to one of those instead.

Possibly the worst surgery I have ever came across for receptionist staff. Always rude and unkind considering the job role. Today an older receptionist with short black hair was rolling her eyes at me for simply popping in with a query regarding a referral and treating me like I was stupid. She embarrassed me, made me feel like my query wasn't valid and didn't even help me at all, instead just made me leave upset and frustrated. I don't know if they are extremely unhappy with their jobs but I don't know how they are allowed to talk to patients like this.

I also haven't seen a doctor in over a year, constantly told there's no appointments but also when I do get one it's with another surgery. If you are thinking of choosing this place, I highly suggest you avoid it. Phone calls in the morning are over an hour.

I've been attending this surgery for over a decade. GPs and nurses are always lovely. Good text reminder service. Often have to wait a while for appointments, but this is to be expected I think and would be similar elsewhere. My reason for bad review is rudeness of the receptionist with the very long eyelashes. Over the last 3 or 4 times I've been for myself or my children I've had negative experiences with her. Any question I ask is met with a death stare, a blunt answer and an attitude that I am a complete inconvenience to her. It leaves me feeling like a naughty school child and pretty angry too. So not a good experience unfortunately.

Extremely incompetent. They show contempt for their patients with their rude communication style and lack of care in following up. The general rule is that if you need something, Belmont Hill need to be chased over the phone, instead of coming directly to the patient/user. Takes hours to get through to them too (probably for this very reason). When I moved to a new GP they didn't send over my medical details, and ignored my private healthcare provider when they asked for information too.
