Hairdresser was 15 mins late, so kinda not a great start. I explain what I want and he gets it - all good. I think he does a pretty good haircut, however. When finishing my hair he blow dried it so it was kinda flat and dead looking. I said normally it's wavy, he says it will be when I wash it (true) but I hated the way it looked so said can we wet it now or something. Instead of that he uses straighteners to create this fake wave thing that's super chunky and kinky, unnatural and weird as hell, as shown in picture. I have never needed to leave a place quicker! And I paid £55 for the privilege of hair I gotta stick in the sick as soon as I am back at work! The cut is fine but it was sad bc one of the coolest things about going to a hairdresser is that they style it in a cool way you can never do again.. and I got the opposite and had to salvage my own haircut. Picture is minutes after I left the salon, like, the finished style!

Rachael G-Rachael has been cutting my hair for sometime. She is brilliant at cutting, styling and blowing hair-I have never come away disappointed. I have recently had a perm and instead of coming away with tight curls from the 1980s I have a head full of loose waves and curls. I would never go anywhere else and am always happy when I leave, and hope that Rachael never thinks of retiring-I would be devastated.

My housemate cut my hair at home for free for 2 years, but having Andrea cut my hair reminded me about the experience and great quality of cut that you pay for! And even so, the pricing is great!

Can’t recommend Kelly enough for all things waxing, nail and eyelash related! Have been regularly going to Kelly for the last 3 years and is the only person in Durham I trust for beauty related treatments. Not only does she go above and beyond to ensure excellent results, she is so so friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable.
