While visiting eastbourne from Canada I had a terrible back ache, which was going on for years. A friend recommended acupuncture but I was very sceptical but desperate for pain relief. Happened to walk by dr. Yao’s clinic and decided to give it a try.
She was able to identified the problem right away and between the acupuncture and cupping along with a massage roller gave me immediate relief. I was so amazed.
I pointed out a deep pimple on my chest and asked if cupping could draw it out. She pointed out that there was much infection and treated it with acupuncture and cupping.
I now feel twenty years younger. I’ll be back every time I visit Eastbourne. Highly recommend her.

Dr Yao's healing hands are amazing. A week ago, I caught a very bad cold and my chest was clogged and wheezing. During heat treatment, cupping and back massage, Dr Yao asked me if I was breathing easier. I immediately noticed that I was much better, and five hours later, I'm still breathing easy. Instant healing!

I have been coming to Dr Yao for several years. She has treated me for all age related problems and migraines . I only have to have a booster now and if you really want to keep your health , book an appointment asap! Dr Yao also treats with prescription grade medicine ( ground Herbs and plants ) to take as a tea . This truly works and overall it keeps your body functioning better. : look at the treatment after initial trauma as a yearly service .
Dr Yao has also treated male relatives and has helped them with their issues and stress.

Dr Yao has successfully treated me since May 2000 when I was diagnosed with cancer. Yes quite a shock Following her care and twice weekly of TCM. including treatments of acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, massage and herbs (twice daily) I am now in the clear.

Dr. Yao has treated me for quite a range of problems including ankles (Planters fasciituis) hands, (Dupitrons), aching hips and knees. She has successfully treated me on all counts. Helping me post radiotherapy alone was a considerable achievement as the side effects are many
In the west a doctor must swear the Hippocratic Oath whereby they swear by a host of ancient physicians including Apollo, Asclepius, Hygieia, Panacea and many more as their witnesses to treat the Ill to the best of their ability, while preserving their privacy, Dr Yao certainly does this
Her ability and knowledge is quite awesome. Having trained at university for extended years she has now practised physically for over 20 and combines her own experience with that of her classmates in a medical chatroom where she receives information and advice as to the best treatments for her patients. Then she carries out their advice and fixes said patient. Voila.
Hats off to Dr. Yao and those of us with real health problems should not delay in giving her a call.
P.S. It did take me many sessions to be able to understand and discuss matters with her, but this did not create a problem.

I was diagnosed by a doctor with over extended ligaments in my back, no prescription or physio helped. About 6 months after failed treatments, my mum brought me to the amazing and lovely Dr Yao who treated me with acupuncture and cupping/ massages and relieved all of my pains. I come for a top up treatment every few months which allows me to remain pain free and also enables me to continue doing my sports to a high levels. I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!
