Just spoken to a receptionist, met with rude attitude, I could sense anger in their voice after asking about my appointment location to double check both appointment options were Leven based, I sensed their frustration in their raised angry toned voice to say Leven for a second time. This is whilst they are aware I haven't slept properly and struggled with breathing. Far from the best interaction I've had with Beefod Surgery.

I’ve moved here in February, I have been waiting well over a year for my cataracts done. My referrals never got to the hospital. Just a month after meeting the doctor at Beeford, who was wonderful, I’ve had my pre op and my first op is in 2 weeks time. All the staff have been great, so kind. So many thanks ❤️

Went to the surgery on Tuesday as my son has started with his childhood epilepsy again and was worried about him, didn't know what to do in the current situation about seeing a doctor but actually just got told off for going to the window and enquiring, felt like a criminal 🙁
