Terrible service and communication. Let down last minute for an appointment I'd waited for, for weeks for my 2 year old daughter and her breathing difficulties! Got a cancellation text message - not even a call! Very disappointed and frustrated!! Now I need to wait in a queue on the phone above 30 to try and get an appointment, which I probably won't get for another 4 weeks!!!
Outrageous!

I came for medical advice because my 5 years old daughter after scarlet fever has big problem with eating. For one months time the only food she eat is milk and chocolate youghurt, but it was 4 days when she didn't eat at all and around 10 days she had milk only. She lost 7 kg for this short time,a school was calling me and asking me go to gp,because they see she lost a lot of weight and doesn't eat at school. A docrot said he doesn't see any problem at all. I asked may be she can have a blood test, but he said should be a serious reason. I asked one months without food and extremely weight loosing is not serious reason and doctor reply it's not reason at all,she is absolutely fine, and gp make a bloo test only from 18 th year old! I feel very depressed now,of course we will fly to my native country to have a treatment, but she need a help now,I will tell a school that Beechfield doesn't see any problem at all and will be looking where I can complain,I don't believe that nhs do a blood test only from 18 years old ,I asked twice a doctor realy only from 18 year old,and he said to me:yes, only from 18th years old.

This surgery is getting worse and worse... i don't even know how some of them became doctors.. by far, i can be a doctor as well, if they can..
My wife went there with our son, which had high temperature, ear pain, and swollen tonsils, and the result was: Surprise: he's fine, come back after one week..
Lack of empathy for patients...
Thank God we have Johnson Community Hospital, where they treat you right.
The only good part is that the receptionist was very polite and friendly.
Update: we went the same day at Johnson Hospital, and after a proper consultation, they prescribed antibiotics for our son.

Absolutely the worst gp. Absolutely appalling receptionists rude over the phone.
Would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend signing up with these! They have been bonkers since after covid. Trying to get an appointment in morning is like playing bingo! FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Start calling at 7:59 trying to get through at 8:00and if you’re in a queue of 30 people best hang up and try again tomorrow, as they won’t have any appointments left by the time you get through. Awful really isn’t it? Think about all the teachers, retail workers, factory workers etc etc etc. Basically what I’m saying is anyone employed in a day to day job will NOT be able to get an appt purely because it’s a game of bingo! Best wishes, I’m out.

Wow good job this place is not run as a business ! Absolutely shocking communication, service and customer care. For someone with anxiety issues to be fobbed off multiple times and still no response it’s abysmal. All told by the receptionists is I’ll ask !! And still no response. I get busy time of year but is it out of the question to be told the truth instead of being run around the houses !! If I could give less than one star I would.

This place needs to be shut down, called Friday, and told to send photos & that they will get back to me Monday. Monday came & went & nothing, sent photos again on Tuesday & now it's Thursday & still nothing. What do you have to do to get any sort of treatment in this country? Pharmacy won't treat you, GP won't see you, A&E turn you away? I'm going to have to go private. It's the only option for any treatment in the UK.

So I made an online request on Friday as it was a non urgent and your online system says that I will get a response within next 48 hours (and in the past it worked perfectly) . Today is Thursday, 7 days and 5 working days since the request was made. I had to make two phone calls just to find out that 1. request is with gp and 2. for non urgent request waiting time is 3 weeks? So who's right here? Why there is no such an information when you send the request? Just wasting my time trying to find out what's going on and still feels like I was told this just to stop calling and asking.
Also GP's is opened until 6.30pm but if you call at 6pm automatic voice says that is closed.
