I booked my appointment 3 time one time are you cancelled sent by message then i book again when i reached and wait there 35 mints then asked again to reception she say you have not appointment today you can book online I booked again 3rd time and wait a week today is my appointment and you sent a message again your appointment is cancelled very poor service Bedminster family practice These people want the person to die, but we haven't reached them yet. I just had to share my excellent treatment from Doctor Parker he more than deserves thanks for the way he handled my problems when I had an appointment with him He reminds me of some of the original doctors from the Dean Lane surgery. I am very grateful for the way he has looked after me.

This is a lovely little surgery and I’d have been lost if they hadn’t been so accommodating for my mental health needs. The doctor I see is amazing and generally the admin/reception staff are friendly and have been extremely lovely and helpful when I’ve been struggling. Never had any issues getting an appointment within very reasonable timeframes when I’ve submitted a request. Would love to be able to give 5 stars but I have also encountered not so great experiences - the Klinik form is often closed down, which isn’t great, especially if you struggle to reach out for an appointment when you need one, or need to get information to them that you feel is important. I’ve had a few experiences of the navigation team all ‘stressy’ and rushing phone calls, which is counterproductive in itself over dealing with things calmly, and not ideal for unwell patients to manage and on a recent visit I encountered slightly silly/immature behaviour at reception in response to something I said… that was clearly misinterpreted into their own mentality. Not really the environment you expect to encounter this kind of thing. Overall it is a great surgery but areas of improvement needed too.

Truly the loveliest practice I’ve ever used. Every single member of staff have been kind, professional and caring. The practice itself is clean, warm and nicely decorated. The online appointment system (Klinik) feels easy to use and they always respond appropriately with a phone call or in person appointment. We’ve seen staff here for a variety of things, from mental health, to toddler flu vaccines, to thumb injuries and they’ve always been amazing.
