The care provided by the team here is first class. They are dedicated and skilled, providing personalised care to each resident with great respect for them and their dignity. . I am confident that every member of staff knows my relative really well, from how she takes her tea to how best to manage ever changing, increasingly challenging behaviours. They know that families are part of the package and support us with great kindness and empathy. While they take their work seriously, they never take themselves too seriously so the place is filled with light-hearted banter and laughter. It is thanks to the team at the Grange, we, the family, sleep well at night knowing our relative is safe.
