I went in last week to have a set of gel nails done.And i can't fault them at all.im normally an acrylic nail person.but these gel ones are great.And these are for being a practice model.the person took her time and care in doing them.my nails were very very short and she did wonders with what nail i had.
i would highly recommend.

Beauty Basement is a brilliant place to get your nails done. Amanda the owner is awesome as she always is willing to go that extra mile to get you seen even at short notice. Sophie the nail technician at the salon is lovely and would highly recommend her as she has done a fantastic job with my nails and she was very bubbly and made my time at the salon a positive one.

Safe to say a very enjoyable, lovely experience at Beauty Basement. The young lady I had had been recommended to me by my sister. She was friendly engaging and professional. I had a massage and my nails done. Both were perfect. I will be back in a few weeks for a lash lift.

I had a terrible experience with my eyelash extensions from this place. Within hours, my eyes became red, irritated, and extremely uncomfortable. I thought it would go away, but the redness lasted for five days! It was painful, and I had to use eye drops constantly. Either the glue they use is too harsh or the application process wasn’t done correctly. The lady that did my extensions didnt wear gloves, and now that I think about it she didn’t wash her hands ( and was on her phone before I went into the room).
Wont be visiting again!

Re: Skin tag removal
I recently went to ‘Beauty Basement’ and had some skin tags removed, which I had been wanting to do for a while.
I was a bit nervous at first as one skin tag was under my eyelid, but I was immediately put at ease by Becky, who was very friendly and professional, and she explained exactly what was going to happen.
After the treatment Becky gave me advice on how to care for the area where the skin tag had been removed, and told me how long it would be before the area healed. Within 2 weeks the area had healed and I’m so pleased with the results!

Want to say a massive thank you to Amy this morning for my eyelash lift and tint which then turned into a last minute booking to have my nails done for my sisters wedding. Amy was lovely, listened to what I wanted and helped with suggestions for my nails as I hadn’t really thought about it! Didn’t rush me at all and I love both my nails and eyelashes!

Really pleased with my gel nail extensions with Sophie. Still look great after 3 weeks and have rebooked for infills. Lovely place and Sophie is extremely friendly and confident in what she is doing 😊
