the clinic is very good. but there is a strong request, I would be grateful if the clinic had translators, at least in a telephone format (phone conversation), since for example I do not know English (I understand only 10-15% of 100%). and purely my opinion, some patients either do not understand English well or do not know English at all. it would be comfortable for everyone, both for the staff and for the patients (to avoid embarrassment and misunderstanding). P.S. due to the fact that during the last appointment the doctor did not even bother to dial the translator on the landline phone, because of which I could hardly understand what the doctor was saying, and also the doctor asked an incorrect question, why I changed the previous GP clinic, although I explained that because I moved to my current place of residence

Absolutely horrible first time experience at this GP surgery. Been waiting for over 15 minutes for my appointment slot (11:50), but I came in at 10:45 thinking my slot was 10:50 but they didn’t say anything at the reception. Just asked me to wait and they couldn’t even give an estimate of the approximate time for when the doctor would be available. Horribly rude reception staff. If I was 15 minutes late for my slot, they would’ve cancelled my appointment but if they can’t give an estimate of how much longer I have to wait or give me a call back or even just a text message when the doctor will be done, how is it fair to me? Should’ve honestly just gone to an urgent care centre or A&E because by this time atleast someone would’ve assessed me.

this place has wonderful and kind staff, they made me feel so much better and positive. i cannot praise dr chandan enough he made me feel as if i were in safe hands, the nurses bring beyond great and positive service towards you as well.

My partner registered with the practice and within days had an appointment to sort an urgent prescription. During the appointment he felt listened to and heard by Dr Chandra, who also went on to arrange a further appointment with a specialist for the following week- something which totally exceeded our expectations. What more could you ask for from your GP? Fantastic service, right on the doorstep. Thank you to Dr Chandan and the whole team, we really appreciate your hard work.

I was seen by Bally Sharma. This is my second time seeing her for my Annual Diabetes check. She's very polite and professional. She was gentle doing my blood work and gave me clear instructions on what to do. Thank you Bally and hope to see her again next year for my next annual check!

Last Monday, my daughter had her 1-year vaccination appointment at this GP. I was very impressed with the service. The nurse was incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel more comfortable as a parent.

The GP clinic is clean, and the reception area had plenty of informative leaflets that included everything you might need to know. The only suggestion I would have is to include the triage hours in the information provided, as that would be helpful for patients who may need it. Overall, I’m very happy with the care we received!

This surgery has improved alot and I recommended my whole family to book with them as the care they offer is exceptional … when i first joined i was skeptical because i had been with a good surgery already and didnt think this one would be able to live up to them but this surgery and the docters nurses and whole healthcare team are really really good
Lucky to have a good surgery in smethwick as alot are really bad
